And I thought... who better to create the logo art than folks who are energetically sensitive, i.e., people who follow D2S on social media and their friends? I love seeing how peoples' creative channels flow with the energy, and I also really love the process of collaboration and inspiring more art in the collective.... But I had to feel into the ethics of that, because, well, artists should be fairly paid for their work. So here's what I came up with: First and foremost, the WINNER of the contest whose entry will be the new logo for Doorway to Self will be PAID- yes, $100 in actual money... not a trade or a product's worth or whatever- for their time, their creative work, and the license to use it! (Doing some research, I found that to be about the average going price, nowadays.)
