PRESS NOTICE as of March 29, 2020 JOIN THE FLIXPICS VIRTUAL FESTIVAL http://flixpics.com Many film festivals across the nation and the world have had to cancel or postpone their events due to the global COVID-19 Pandemic.... FLIXPICS has decided to support our independent filmmakers who no longer have the festival option this year. You will no longer need to hold on to your films until next year's film festival. You can showcase your films on a global platform like FLIXPICS, for a longer period of time and for less money! We are offering independent filmmakers an opportunity to exhibit their feature films or film shorts at reduced flat rates. Each participating filmmaker can submit a maximum of three (3) feature film titles, at a flat rate of $100.00 per film title, and a maximum of five (5) film shorts, at a flat rate of $40.00 per film short. FLIXPICS is a family friendly streaming platform; therefore, each film and film short must meet our criteria in order to qualify for exhibition in our virtual festival. All genres are welcomed! ALL submission inquires for features and shorts must be made to [email protected] no later than April 30, 2020. To get the greatest benefit from our virtual festival promotional campaign, we suggest you submit your titles and shorts as soon as possible for evaluation. The online submission portal will be available beginning April 6, 2020. The FLIXPICS virtual festival will begin on May 1, 2020 and continue through August 31, 2020.
